The Church of Philosophy of Eastern North Carolina is:
1) Rational -- we hold that revelation and reason are not incompatible.
2) Spiritualist -- we have an eclectic ministry of traditional teaching and ritual, plus the psychical development of our members. we teach the tenents of traditional religions plus offer esoteric counseling and services.
3) Evangelical -- we do our best to reach out to persons of every race, creed, and position in our extended community.
4) Tolerant -- you may join the Church of Philosophy and remain attached to your present church or beliefs. In addition, our church performs services for the unchurched such as weddings, funerals, counseling, christenings, baptisms, prayers, absolutions, and various esoteric rites. You do not have to be a member to take advantage of the services of the Church of Philosophy. Our Mission The goal of the Church of Philosophy is to reach out to the people of eastern North Carolina and the world, lovingly demonstrating the highest ethics and ideals, tolerantly assisting all who request assistance, and expanding the minds and spirits of those who attend our services through religious and philosophical instruction, liturgy, and the esoteric sciences. |

Becoming a Member Membership in the Church of Philosophy is available on several levels. By attending services and requesting membership, after a short induction period in which you are taught the basic essence of Church of Philosophy ideals, you become a full member.
For those who may live too far from the Church of Philosophy, but would like to take advantage of membership benefits, we offer an affiliate membership. Simply email and request more information at JCJPHD@yahoo.com.
All membership in the Church of Philosophy is free of charge. The Church of Philosophy exists solely by the free-will love gifts of its members and friends. |
